Overnight rain and persistent light rain gave no chance of any play on the final day of the Second Test between Bangladesh and New Zealand at Mirpur. The 2-Test match Series ends with a 0-0 draw.

Bangladesh did quite well in the two Tests with their batsmen scoring big runs. Young left-hander Mominul Haque has been find of the Series scoring two centuries to get the Player of the Series award. Mominil was also the Man of the Match for the rain-affected Second Test. Meanwhile, Tamim Iqbal, who scored two fifties in the Second Test was fined 50% of his match fees for nudging Brendon McCullum with his shoulder during the Kiwi first innings.
